2016 Fiat Fullback Review
As witnesses to its official “full-liner” range launch in Turin, Italy, this time we were with Fiat Professional who revealed all about their brand new innovative and versatile range which is best demonstrated by the Fullback – Fiat’s first venture into the pick-up market.
Spending two days in northern Italy, we test drove a number of new commercial vehicles in urban Turin and the mountains of Pinerolo. The range includes the Fullback, Talento, Ducato, Fiorino and Doblò vehicles in the brand’s most extensive series to date capable of tending to the versatile needs of all customers.
Virtually the Mitsubishi L200 rebranded and repackaged- we tested the Fullback’s on-road and off-road capabilities in Turin’s surrounding mountain area. Much like the L200, the Fullback is absolutely at home in such conditions, and with a good level of torque, it easily scales hills and muddy terrain. Prices in the UK start from £20,995 excluding VAT and OTR charges.
The Fullback is the final piece to the Professional Range jigsaw for Fiat and boasts some great qualities such as the simple to use Sat-Nav, soft suspension, and an excellent turning circle. Starting from just £20,995, the Fullback is one of the best value-for-money pick-ups on the market and turns heads with its sleek look and inviting interior. Since their rebrand, Fiat have stepped up their game massively in boasting the best-selling commercial vehicle range in Europe. Now even more adaptable and economically friendly, it gets the Brake seal of approval for all its vehicles.
